From its central midwest location of Kendallville, Indiana, Lewger Machine & Tool applies more than sixty years of machining and rebuild experience to remanufacture positive displacement pumps.
Typically, upon receipt of your pump, the entire pump is disassembled and inspected. Our customer is advised of the cost to bring the pump back up to agreed upon specifications.
Any defective parts are replaced as needed to bring the pump back up to specifications. Lewger Machine remachines the pump bodies only as needed to clean up any damaged areas. This results in more rebuilds per pump, lowering costs for new pumps.
After the pump is reconditioned, the bearings are greased, gear box is lubricated, and the inlet and outlet are capped to keep the pump clean. The pump is delivered back to our customer clean and ready to use. Only sanitation is required if needed.
Lewger Machine & Tool guarantees the material and workmanship of its pump rebuilds. If a defect is found in one of our rebuilt pumps, we will rebuild it free.
